The other night I had a potluck and this is what I took. I served it with bread, but it is actually better with tortilla chips.
8oz cream cheese softened
1 C buffalo wing marinade (I used the Louisiana Brand and it was spicy!)
3/4 C ranch or blue cheese
1 C diced chicken
2 C shredded cheddar cheese (I used a Monterry Jack/Cheddar Blend)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese and hot sauce till well blended. Mix in chicken, cheddar cheese and dressing. Spread in 13x9 dish and bake for 30 minutes.

MMM, this is so yummy. I've made it before and it was gobbled up in no time! We serve ours with Fritos, because we love them, but it is really good with tortilla chips too. You should make this the next time we come over! :)
